#ProjectPostcard

Well hello guys…

So sometimes, I come up with these awesomely crazy ideas and today, it happened AGAIN.
I know that we all communicate online but what happened to handwritten letters? Figuring out a compromise was easy!

POSTCARDS!

I have friends from all over, and I would love to visit them all but since I can’t, I can have a piece of their home with a postcard!

I put it out on Twitter, asking if my friends would send me postcards and figured I would make this happen for everyone!

So let #ProjectPostcard be born!

Some ground rules:

1) First of all, safety is the most important so do not share the private information you are provided with anyone else or online.

2) Don’t let the me know what your Twitter handle is on the postcard! I want to be surprised!

3) Since I want to make this happen for everyone, and would love to connect people with each other even if they aren’t following each other on Twitter, I want to extend #ProjectPostcard to everyone.

Send me your information to jordan@pqprojectpostcard.com if you would like to receive a postcard and I will pair you up with someone! Every couple of months, I will pair people up and hopefully, the pool of people will grow so that everyone will receive a postcard from a completely different place each time!

If you don’t want your private information known, then I can have the postcards sent me and pass it on to you. It’s just an extra step but it’s to make sure even if you want to keep private, you can receive an awesome postcard in your mailbox!

When you receive a postcard, send me a picture of it! Once you get it, I will connect the two people if they haven’t already been connect.

The surprise aspect of this is the most fun!

So…who’s in?

I just threw this page up in 10 minutes so be patient. I will make it prettier.

Any more rules/guidelines?
